Return / Exchange Policy

Scandic Beauty is dedicated to bringing you the best in skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team. We would love to hear your concerns and discuss how to get the most out of our products. If the result of that communication is that another product combination, other than what was initially purchased, is recommended for your skin type, we will exchange the initial product for the recommended product. The exchange is free of charge, as long as the new, recommended product has a price equal to or less than the original product price. To be eligible for this exchange, you must contact us within one (1) month of the original purchase, and ship the original, remaining product to us. You will need to pay for the return of the product. We will ship the new product to you at no charge.
